低碳节能建筑最佳实践政策:情景分析

本报告根据三个情景设定(深度能效情景、冰冻能效情景、中度能效情景),分析了中国、欧盟、印度和美国建筑行业的节能潜力。研究表明,2050年前,在建筑面积增加127%的情况下,建筑最终能源消耗可在增加111%或者减少三分之一的区间变化。要达到最佳的节能情景需要在全球范围内推广、应用当今最佳的建筑节能政策。

Low energy building indicates a building that has a better energy performance than the standard alternative/energy efficiency requirements in building codes. Low-energy buildings typically use high levels of insulation, energy efficient windows, low levels of air infiltration and heat recovery ventilation to lower heating and cooling energy. They may also use passive solar building design techniques or active solar technologies. These homes may also use hot water heat recycling technologies to recover heat from showers and dishwashers.
