Ipshita Nandi Banerjee
Ipshita Nandi Banerjee is an India-based Strategic Communications and Public Affairs expert with 13 years of substantial content, Media, PR & Communications leadership experience through India with resonance in the APAC region. Additionally, she has conceived, led and managed program portfolios and partnerships totalling $50 million and is a certified grants officer.
Ipshita is AEEE’s lead storyteller & reputation manager. She strategizes and executes organizational narrative and brand positioning using multimedia platforms and channels including internal and external communications, outreach, public affairs, branding, digital media and traditional media engagements. Prior to this she has worked as Head of Public Affairs, Government of Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board, Digital Engagement Director, U.S. Consulate General Kolkata (east & northeast India), Senior Reporter, The Telegraph and Assistant Editor in Dorling Kindersley India.
While working as Digital Engagement Director at the U.S. Department of State, Ipshita represented Bureau of South and Central Asia at the UNFCCC, COP22 conference where she created and curated content to promote U.S. government, business and policy stakes through 11 countries, disseminating through the social media channels of Ambassadors, Embassies and Consulates. Ipshita is a Post-Graduate in Content Creation & Media Management and she has graduated majoring in English Literature. She is a recipient of three exceptional performance Eagle awards from U.S. Embassy India and a U.S. Department of State’s Franklin Award for her innovation and productivity in Public Affairs.
