Jeswynn Yogaratnam is Head of Policy Reform for India and South-East Asia at GBPN.
A law professional with expertise in program management within thematic areas of International Human Rights Law, he has 20 years experience in  legal consulting, legal education and policy development within public, private and tertiary sectors in the APAC region. He is skilled in law reform and policy development to comply with domestic and international law obligations. Jeswynn has been involved in monitoring and evaluation of aid programs and workforce learning and development capacity building and has experience in law academic in blended learning platforms, evidence-based research and grant application drafting.
Jeswynn has worked cross-culturally in Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia and the US. His awards include the Fitzgerald Human Rights Award for community engagement with diverse communities, Australasian Law Teachers’ Association Early Career Academic Research and Award for Outstanding Contribution to Student Learning.​
