Kukuh Setyawan brings over 18 years of expertise in the development sector, specialising in strategic planning, monitoring, and evaluation. He has collaborated with a diverse range of entities, including government agencies, NGOs, and international organizations, on projects spanning not only Indonesia but also on a global scale.

With a Master’s in Peace and Conflict Resolution from Gadjah Mada University, Kukuh’s educational foundation underpins his distinguished career. Proficient in all facets of strategic planning, from conceptualization to progress assessment, he fervently advocates for evidence-driven decision-making and lifelong learning. Kukuh’s recent work has seen him deeply engaged in crafting a roadmap, establishing coordination guidelines, and digitalizing knowledge management for both the Government of Indonesia and NGOs. His passion lies in utilising strategic planning and monitoring and evaluation to propel organisations toward their goals, ultimately fostering a positive global impact.

Beyond his professional endeavors, he is dedicated to empowering others through capacity-building and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
