Fiona has been working in the field of Human Resources for over 20 years, with a proven track record in a variety of HR roles and industry sectors, including Financial Services, Technology, Pharmaceutical and Hotels. Areas of expertise include HR Business Partnering, HR Compliance, Employee Relations, Change Management & Performance Management. Fiona has experience of working in both established organisations and start-ups, across multiple international locations in Europe & North America. She has acted in standalone roles as well as leading HR Teams. In recent years, Fiona has worked as an independent HR Consultant delivering trusted HR support and advice across a range of HR issues.

Fiona holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University College Cork, a National Diploma in Personnel Management from National College of Ireland, and a Professional Diploma in Employment Law from University College Dublin. Fiona is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).
