Gerry has 30 years’ experience as a professional accountant, working across a number of sectors including energy, construction and healthcare, within international organisation structures ranging from publicly listed companies to small social enterprises. He has held roles in senior management teams and his responsibilities have covered most areas of finance including the design, development and optimisation of financial reporting systems that support senior management with the setting and attainment of their operational and strategic goals.

He has led projects on the implementation of accounting software for global organisations with multiple entities, locations and currencies and has extensive experience in developing budgetary control systems. Other core areas of responsibility have included audit, cash flow reporting, taxation, treasury and foreign currency transactions. Gerry is fellow member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), the global professional accounting body with headquarters in the UK.
