Heather is a media and communications expert with over twenty years experience in strategy, communications and digital marketing. A former newspaper journalist, she later transitioned into press office and PR work before moving into digital marketing, website and brand strategy.
Over the past two decades, she has worked with a variety of NGOs and major Australian and global brands. Her focus has been developing and executing brand and digital transformation strategies; and delivering data analysis and business modelling with a view to aligning products with audiences. She also has extensive experience working in the tertiary education sector.
