Shwetal has fifteen years of experience in the field of environment management, sustainability and decarbonisation. He holds a Master of Technology in Energy Management and a Master of Science in Environment Management from Forest Research Institute, Dehradun. He is also qualified as a Green Building Accredited Professional. Nature Based Solutions, Renewable Energy Policy, Climate Finance, Green Hydrogen, Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation Strategies are his areas of interest.

Shwetal has worked for the Climate Change Department of Gujarat as Technical Advisor. He has previously worked with Hubtown Limited and Ambuja Cements Limited. As GBPN’s Head of Government Affairs for India, he oversees engagement and collaboration with policy makers.
